Building Better Homes is a first-of-its-kind interactive educational program based on the whole-house systems approach to home construction. This comprehensive 3-CD program takes builders, architects, remodelers and subcontractors through the process of building a higher performing home that is more durable, energy efficient, safer, healthier and more affordable to own and maintain.

Content is not based on theory. Building Better Homes chronicles the actual construction and performance of an entire home as well as documents actual hands-on installation steps for key building components and systems. It is designed to bridge the gap between excellent building products, basic building science and proper field installation. It presents building science basics and best practices supported by real on-camera product installation demonstrations and detailed graphic illustrations. It also also incorporates cross-climate zone detailing.
