Deland Park

Architect: Scott Matula, AIA
LJM Architects

Total Sq. Ft.: 1739  Bedrooms: 3  Baths: 2.5

Deland Park is a bungalow or cottage themed home originally intended for a residential urban infill project. With its traditional architectural detailing, small narrow footprint and very adaptable design, it would indeed be an excellent choice for that setting. However, it would also be a great option for many rural situations. An excellent design for a corner lot, the placement of the garage makes it highly adaptable to left corner, right corner or rear entry situations, just by changing the placement of the garage door. Its modest size, simple square foundation, basic gable style roof, and overall simple clean lines and features of the design, make Deland Park one of our more easy and economical homes to build.

Ogden 2

Architect: Bruce Wydeven
Milwaukee Craftsman, LLC

Total Sq. Ft.: 1350  Bedrooms: 1  Baths: 1.0

The Ogden 2 home, like the original, was designed as an in-law cottage or guesthouse. This version, however, has a one-car garage, slightly oversized for extra room for storage, making it more practical as a stand-alone home. This straightforward elegant form was typical of the arts & crafts designs in the Mid-west in the 1920's. Ideal for elderly or disabled occupants, the entire home is on a single level with no steps and 3' wide doorways throughout.
