Juneau
Architect:
Bruce Wydeven
Milwaukee Craftsman, LLC
Total Sq. Ft.: 2534 Bedrooms: 4 Baths: 2.5
The Juneau home combines the massing of traditional architecture with a more contemporary twist. The home was originally designed for a corner lot in an urban development, and one of the design intents was to maximize the living area with a minimal footprint. Clever design and efficient use of space made this possible.
Maple Forest 3
Architect:
Michaela Mahady
SALA Architects Inc.
Total Sq. Ft.: 2557 Bedrooms: 4 Baths: 3.0
Maple Forest 3 is the most recent version in this striking series of designs. Like its predecessors, it retains the steep cottage style roof, distinctive stone chimney and rounded deck. Designed for a long narrow lot, it fits in many situations the other variations do not.
Barn House
Architect:
Matthew Bialecki
Matthew Bialecki Associates
Total Sq. Ft.: 2559 Bedrooms: 3 Baths: 3.0
The extremely versatile Barn House is a home with its basement level above ground. This home was designed to combine the functional above ground spaces and storage of a barn, with an elevated home for a family of four. In this regard, it has been designed in much the same way as the time-honored tradition of a Tuscan Farmhouse ("stables" below, living quarters above).
Sunnyside
Architect:
Jamie McNett
Jamie McNett
Total Sq. Ft.: 2600 Bedrooms: 3 Baths: 2.5
Sunnyside is a clean and simple, yet spacious and elegant split-level design. Numerous windows along the living room side of the home bring in abundant and healthy natural sunlight, as well as opening the view to that direction. Sunnyside's long rectangular shape, combined with an easily moved detached garage and the corner placement of the front entry, make this home adaptable to a wide variety of lot shapes and orientations: Front view, rear view or side view; rural, suburban, or narrow lakefront lots.
Mountainside

Total Sq. Ft.: 2600 Bedrooms: 3 Baths: 2.5
Mountainside, as the name suggests, was originally designed for a sloped lot in a hillside setting. This beautiful shingle sided home, packs a lot of features into a relatively small footprint. It is a spacious and elegant split-level design with numerous windows along the view side of the home. The windows bring abundant and healthy natural sunlight deep into the home, as well as opening the view to that direction. A large elevated deck on that side capitalizes on the view.
