The Ogden 2 home, like the original, was designed as an in-law cottage or guesthouse. This version, however, has a one-car garage, slightly oversized for extra room for storage, making it more practical as a stand-alone home. This straightforward elegant form was typical of the arts & crafts designs in the Mid-west in the 1920's. Ideal for elderly or disabled occupants, the entire home is on a single level with no steps and 3' wide doorways throughout.
