Description

This home is featured in the highly acclaimed book, "The Not So Big House - A Blueprint for the Way We Really Live." Like a coy introvert, Maple Forest peeks out from behind steeply- pitched roofs and large wrap-around porch. Arched ceilings, exposed beams, natural woodwork, leaded glass, lots of natural light, and a finely crafted stone fireplace with ample hearth (like grandma's lap) distinguishes this design as a gracious, welcoming family home. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a spacious couple's retreat gently nest under slanted roofs. A larger lower level can be finished off later.

The original plans for this gorgeous home were drawn in 1994. The plans have been updated and improved upon on several occasions over the last decade, and we are now proud offer the most current version dated September, 2004. It includes subtle but important changes.
