Matthew Bialecki, AIA, specializes in "green" building designs inspired by America's architectural history and natural environment. He has been honored with numerous AIA awards for his unique architectural designs and pioneering sustainable building technologies.

As the founder and principal architect of Matthew Bialecki Associates (MBA), Matthew Bialecki has developed his architectural designs beyond their original historic precedents into a broader philosophy of site-specific, nature-based design. As a recognized leader in the study and interpretation of the American Arts & Crafts movement, Matt has developed an architectural language based on the direct expression of natural materials and forms. MBA has incorporated the Arts and Crafts philosophy of self-sufficiency and simplicity into contemporary designs that minimize energy usage, utilize natural materials and attempt, at all levels, to help maintain and improve the environment.
