Bruce Wydeven specializes in the design of single-family homes rooted in the arts & crafts style. They are designed to be efficient, sustainable, and economical yet have a graceful charm that makes them truly unique.

Prior to starting Wydeven Architects LLC in 2002 he co-founded Witteman Wydeven Architects LLC in 1997. Both firms were created to combine quality custom home design with strong architectural practices. Bruce has also co-founded Milwaukee Craftsman LLC, which folds those same principles into architectural designs for the house plan market.

He started his career as a carpenter and received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 1979. Since 1987 he has been a Registered Architect in Wisconsin and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
